 The challenge in designing this product was combining many different features:

1) fit all kinds of different noses – big, small, wide, narrow, etc.

2) as thin as possible,

3) as cheap as possible,

4) good optical quality.

The solution is to manufacture using plastic injection moulding method. The material has been carefully chosen to have optical properties for lenses and at the same time elasticity for the nosebridge. Dimensions and shape of the nosebridge ensure comfortable fit for almost all noses. Glenses weigh only 0,4 grams and can be carried in your wallet.
