DB used the Ex-Ansaldo building in 2013, when we had our busiest ever show in Milan receiving in excess of 80,000 visitors, we expect similar numbers this year.
The Ex- Ansaldo project is a collaboration between Arci Milano, Avanzi, esterni, H+, and Make a cube, who have the shared vision to make the building a landmark for creativy, in Milan design Week and through the rest of the year.
In Collaboration with Abitare Ex-Ansaldo will transform into the info-point and the Urban Center of the Milan’s Design Week.
The complex also includes the seat of La Scala Theatre’s laboratories, the brand new Museum of Cultures designed by architect David Chipperfield and the Colla marionette space.
Ex-Ansaldo is located on the junction of via Bergonone and via Tortona, opposite Superstudio in the busiest part of Milan during the design week.
Will be presented individual designers, design collectives, universities, cultural organisations, promotion agencies and companies.
